Our accommodation should be a second home for you. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need and feel at home with us.

The following house rules, in addition to our general terms and conditions, are intended to help you have a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will help us to continue to offer you and other guests satisfactory accommodation in the future.

All items in or belonging to the accommodation or on the terrace/balcony may and should be used by guests. Please treat all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.

***Notice to Moroccan citizens and Moroccans residing abroad***

According to Moroccan law, couples whose at least one guest is Moroccan must present a marriage certificate!!!

• Check-in: From 15:00 - 00:00 midnight
• Check-out: Until 12:00 p.m.
• noon Number of guests: Maximum 7 guests
• Smoking: Smoking is only allowed on the terraces
• Parties: Parties or events are not allowed!
• Quiet time: In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask you to respect the quiet time between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, especially on the terrace. Please be a good neighbor. A good relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
• Registration: It is mandatory to show passports or identity cards at the accommodation
• Photography: Commercial photography is not
• allowed Pets: Pets are allowed for a fee (5€/pet/stay. Max. 2 pets/stay)
• Access permission to the house: Access to the house is strictly forbidden for unregistered persons
• Damage: Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would be pleased if you would inform us of any damage caused. The tenant is liable for damage to the amount of the replacement costs.
• Illegal drugs and weapons: Bringing illegal intoxicants and weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban from the premises. In this case, the relevant authorities will also be informed.
• House rules: In the event of immediate repairs or other emergencies, it may be necessary for the landlord or his representative to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge. We will inform our guests in any case.
• Valuables: The landlord is not liable for valuables belonging to the guest(s). Please close all windows and doors when leaving the house. By booking the accommodation, we assume that these house rules are accepted.
